2024 Annual Meeting
Meeting Registration
The 2024 ASMH Annual Meeting will be a wholly in-person meeting May 3-4 in Phoenix, Arizona. Preregistration is now closed but on-site registration will be available.
Registration Fees

Early Registration
Receive $25 off your registration fee by registering early. To receive the discount, your registration must be received at the ASMH office by February 9, 2024.
On-site Registration
Preregistration must be received by the ASMH office on or before April 19, 2024. The office will not accept any registrations after April 19 and will require you to register and pay on-site. The Registration Desk will be open at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown the following days and times (subject to change):
- Thursday, May 2: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday, May 3: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturday, May 4: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees, minus a $75 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ASMH office no later than February 28, 2024. Email info@mohstech.org or fax (414) 276-3349. Refunds will not be given after that date.

- Reduced nightly base room rate: $245 for single/double occupancy
- Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am
- Self-parking: $30 per day

Transportation from Airport
From the airport: Head west on Sky Harbor Boulevard toward Interstate 10 West. Merge onto I-10 West via the ramp to Downtown/State Highway 51. Take Exit 145A for 7th Street. Turn left on 7th Street and travel south for 0.5 miles to Fillmore Street. Turn right onto Fillmore Street to 3rd Street. Turn left on 3rd Street. The hotel will be on the right.
