Registration

The 2025 ASMH Annual Meeting will be a wholly in-person meeting May 16-17 in Nashville, Tennessee. The program at a glance for the 2025 meeting can be viewed here. You can preregister using the appropriate button below.

Early Registration

Receive $25 off your registration fee by registering early. To receive the discount, your registration must be received at the ASMH office by February 7, 2025.

On-site Registration

Preregistration must be received by the ASMH office on or before April 8, 2025. The office will not accept any registrations after April 8 and will require you to register and pay on-site. The Registration Desk will be open at the Gaylord Opryland Resort the following days and times (subject to change):

• Thursday, May 15: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Friday, May 16: 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, May 17: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Cancellations and Refunds
Registration fees, minus a $75 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation if the request is received at the ASMH office no later than February 28, 2025. Email info@mohstech.org or fax (414) 276-3349. Refunds will not be given after that date.

  • $260 for single room (inclusive of resort fee)
  • $310 for premium (atrium) view room (inclusive of resort fee)
• Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Self-parking: $37 per day
• Valet parking: $50 per day

Airport

The Gaylord Opryland Resort is approximately 8 miles from the Nashville International Airport. Visit https://flynashville.com/ for additional information.

Transportation from Airport

• Car

  • From the airport, take Terminal Drive toward BNA Arriving Flights, then make a slight right and left to stay on Terminal Drive. Continue for 0.6 miles and take the ramp onto Interstate 40 West. Exit at 215B and merge onto TN-155 North/Briley Parkway. Exit at 11 for Opry Mills Drive, continue straight ahead for 0.9 miles to Opryland Drive, and turn right. Continue for 0.4 miles and turn left to the hotel. 

• Shuttle

  • The Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center offers a daily shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes from 5 AM–11 PM. Reservations are required and the shuttle costs $19 each way. The shuttle can be found at the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport, between the two escalators.
